Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel an order or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.

Cancellations             

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or
  • The product is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be processed after the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the issue at their end.

Product Not as Expected

If the product you receive is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report this to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer any complaints or issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If a refund is approved by NATRIQUE HEALTH SOLUTIONS, it will take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
